1.将原有的马青槟州分团、马青_州分团等正名为马青槟州州团、马青_州州团等。
MCA Penang State Branch of MCA National Youth, MCA _____ State Branch of MCA National Youth etc should be corrected to the name of MCA Penang State Youth, MCA_____ State Youth etc.

确保各马青州州团能够有效地独立运作，以加强各州州团的工作效率。
To make sure each MCA State Youth able to work independently from National Youth in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of each MCA State Youth.
2.建议马华、马青党领袖，党领导层能够关注受英文教育的马华、马青同志以及受英文教育的社群。
Suggest MCA and MCA Youth management and leaders will put more attention to those MCA, MCA Youth Comrades who received English Education and societies who received English Education.
For many years, MCA has neglected those comrades and society who are English Educated, resulted huge distance between MCA and the said groups. We are not difficult to see that the MCA Theme, the speeches given by MCA leaders in ceremony, the language they use during meetings, the letters give out by the party included the Letter of summon for Discipline Hearing by the MCA National Discipline Bureau, training by MCA Political Speaking Bureau all or most in Mandarin medium. This will chase away those intellects who passionate in politics and MCA, MCA Supporters, comrades and even Parliamentary Seats and even State Assembly Seats. The people esp. in Penang mostly received English Education. 308 Political Tsunami nevertheless give effects the above.
MCA Youth Political Speaking Bureau and Sunshine Youth would be the mainstreams of MCA for rebuild, reinventing, re-engineering, reshaping MCA. Suggest MCA and MCA Youth would fully utilize MCA Youth Political Speaking Bureau and Sunshine Youth.
MCA Youth Political Speaking Bureau and Sunshine Youth are platforms which youngsters can active in as they provide a platform not only for members of MCA but non-members as well. MCA Youth Political Speaking Bureau focus on public speaking technique, mindset activating of its members whereas Sunshine Youth provides a platform for youngsters esp. students from Secondary Schools to approach politic at the early age and encourage them to concern, participate in politics not long from where they are in now. MCA and MCA Youth should be set up another platform of MCA Youth Political Speaking which is in English Medium for those who received English Education in order to activate, train more intellects for the country and society. Res Ipsa Loquitur (The fact speak for itself), members of MCA Youth Public Speaking at large scale know how to sing MCA Theme, MCA Teaching whereas bulk of the members of MCA know nothing about it. How pathetic current MCA situations are? Suggest every new registered MCA members should going through MCA Political Training Speaking.

4.马华、马青必须设立一个新马华思想坦克。
MCA Youth should set up a body name MCA REVOLUTION THINK TANK.
When times come, change is inevitable. Lots political parties have their own think tank. The Think Tank should compose of comrades who are passionate in politics. This Think Tank alike Brainstorming groups, Party Reforms Commission, Shadow Cabinet etc., proposing for reforms by providing constructive ideas. This Think Tank could become internal shadow cabinet as well as external shadow cabinet, compare and contrast with the policies, ideologies of oppositions by providing constructive ideas. A strong organization must have a shadow cabinet to hold and stand on it. Politicians must praise and encouragement when the oppositions do better and give criticism and corrections whenever the oppositions’ performances are poor.
